This page is for Xctasy Garcia - a beautiful
little four year old who has already endured
more horror than any child should ever endure.
So, just what has this child endured and why?

The answer to the WHY seems to be simply
that good old "mom's" boyfriend was not too
happy when he learned that she was having
relationships with other men and he targeted
her little girl for his abuse. There were also two
young boys, one six and the other eight years
old, who were abused though not as severely as
the little girl.

The punishment - the boy friend put bleach in
her eyes, she was burned with cigarettes, her
shoulder which was broken required pins, an
arm was broken, they tried to sell her on the
streets and when all that failed, they tried
to drown her in her bath. Her "mom", or her
F. B. O. - female birth organism - as one lady
at Southern Sass dubs women like this who have
no clue as to what a mom is, and her latest
live-in boy friend are now being held without
bond for the torture, attempted sale and
attempted murder of this lovely little girl!

I find it hard to understand a society that
can allow something like this to happen to
any child. The man who did this is in an
isolated cell for his protection; where was
this little child's protection? Did the neighbors
hear or see nothing? YES! It seems there were
several people who knew something was terribly
wrong but once again, the ball was dropped.
An investigation by Times Union - News Channel13
found that government officials, police, family,
and friends missed their opportunity to help
this child. The first help that this child
got was from the minister's daughter and her
husband at Iglesia De Dios. They forced the
child's mother to go with them to take the little
girl to the ER for the burns on her face on
June 11.
