A Simple Thank You

Every once in a while in our lives we meet someone that touches our life. They touch our lives maybe never knowing that they have done so. They may have spoken kind words that were needed just at the right time, maybe they were there to give us encouragment, or something as simple as a smile. We meet many people throughout life's journey, some we remain friends with always, and others just continue on. No matter what happens a simple "thank you" does not seem like enough.

Where do we meet these special people that touch our lives? We can meet them in one of our many paths that we travel along during our lifetime. Perhaps it is a teacher that we had in school, a stranger that we met just by chance, or a "Doctor" that was there when you needed them. Whoever they might be, we know in our hearts that they have touched our lives in a unique, special way and that remains with us always. We are forever grateful to them and a simple "thank you" just does not seem like enough..

When we meet one of these special people it is a true blessing, they are like angels placed on the earth. Whatever they have said or done to touch our lives in the way that they have, our lives are changed for the better because of them. People often help others, but there are times when one special person not only helps but they reach your heart in some way, and you realize that this person was a true gift in life. A simple "thank you" does not seem like enough..

How do you let these special people know how much you appreciate what they have done? How do you let them know just how much they have touched your life? Do you just smile and say thank you? I am not sure what you do, but a simple "thank you" just does not seem like enough. .
