This year there will be over 300,000 of these precious creatures
clubbed or shot in Canada as their mothers helplessly watch!
Some will be skinned alive. If you are appaled at this, please

these innocent creatures.

Pure white and innocent
lying on the ice,
he's only experienced
a few days of life.

Helpless little baby
unable yet to swim,
no way to escape
as the hunter clubs him.

Beaten without mercy
the seal's blood stains the ice,
without checking if he's conscious
into his skin they slice.

Murdered so cruelly
just for his pelt,
he needed his skin
more than anyone else!
