MATTIE

This page is for a very special little girl, my little great-niece.
She is truly a little blue bird of happiness who can brighten anyone's day
with her smile, her jokes and her riddles. She loves animals especially cats and
birds, and she claims EVERY bird that she sees as her very own. She is a super
smart little girl who was recommended by her pre-school teacher for our Magnate
School and was accepted by the school for this year. Unfortunately, she did not
get to attend.

Since November 21,2000 she has had some very trying times due to some adults
in her life who made a lot of dumb choices without thinking about the consequences
of their actions and most especially the effect of these actions on one of God's
little innocent children. Her life became even more complicated by decisions
of her "guardian" ad litum who never even saw the child and of her so-called
Christian counselor who chose NOT to take the feelings of one little girl into
consideration before passing their recommendations and judgements.

Thanks to the wonderful world of the web, Mattie has had a lot of love and
support from many special loving and caring people on the net. To Lady Madona,
Mary Lynn, Elaine, Judi aka KatieAngelWings, the staff at Ally's Alley, Chantel
and all those who lit candles for Mattie our sincere thanks from the bottom of our
hearts and if I missed anyone, please let me know so I may add your name.
